My husband has been bugging me to prepare Pad Thai for him for a long long time. In our 11 years together, I have never cook Pad Thai, I just didn't know how! Finally, I decided to give it a try, bought some rice noodles that comes with the seasoning sauce and an instruction at the back on how to prepare it.
I was truly amazed at how easy it is to make Pad Thai, it only took me 10-15 minutes and we have dinner! It's like an instant food, really. And best of all, hubby liked it!
If you are interested, here's 6 easy steps on how I did it --
- Prepare omelette [2 eggs], and cut in strip, set aside.
- Stir fry shrimps and set aside.
- Boil water. Add rice noodles to boiling water and boil for 3 minutes, drain.
- Transfer cooked rice noodles to the frying pan.
- Add bean sprout and seasoning [pad thai sauce]. Mix well.
- Add cooked shrimps, omelette, green onions.
Variation: You can also add chicken or tofu and garnished with peanuts and coriander.
Making Pad Thai was so easy that its our dinner for 3 consecutive days... I just didn't want to waste all the bean sprout I bought.

Here's the first recipe I've shared one year ago: Veggie Pasta

Hi Dangkin,
Yummy talaga!
Hi Cess,
yes, but the one I made have no peanuts.
Hi Raquel,
yes, gusto din ng mga anak ko. Anything noodles, gusto nila.
Hi Angelo,
Thanks for visiting my blog!
That looks so easy nga. I think I can also cook this. But what can I substitute for the seasoning? Just in case I don't find any pad thai sauce.
Hi Irene,
If you buy the noodles, try to buy the one with the sauce mix inside the package. I saw also some pad thai sauce in cans at Superstore.
Happy weekend!!!
Hi Jo, this really looks delicious. The only problem for me is that I have to find a pad thai sauce here....
Hi Ann,
Baka matuto na din kumain ng bean sprout ang mga anak mo pag niluto mo ito.
Hi Ethel,
Kayang kayang ko din yan for sure!
Hi Fenny,

I like Pad Thai but we never made it at home. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Your cooking must have been a great hit because you had it for several days. It looks really yummy.
Hi Rach,
That was the time that we were always out and have to prepare "instant food" for our dinner.
Wow, I want to try this one. I'll show your recipe to my wife. Thanks.
Hi Hermie,
