Kananaskis Country

Last weekend was a long weekend for Canadians due to Labor day... school starts after labor day. So, we decided to make another road trip to Kananaskis Country, situated at the foothills of the Canadian Rockies, a 90-minute drive from Calgary.

I have one more weekend to go and then I am going back to work at the airport. I start this coming Monday. Going back to work also means that I will have to give up my weekends as my weekends will now fall on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Kananaskis Country is a recreational paradise.
With exceptional skiing, golfing, hiking, boating and biking, Kananaskis is a 4000 sq. kilometre outdoor playground.

Those nature parks in Canada have funny sounding names, don't you think? I love it that the Rockies on your side of the world is beautiful. Seems like you're closer to God with that magnificent views. And it's also good that it's not too cold judging by what your kids are wearing. :)

Go Jo! hataw muna sa bakasyon before finally going back to work. And good luck to your decision to go pro blogging. Sobra din akong engrossed sa mga sponsored posts, nakak aliw naman plus you really earn.

Hi Jo! How nice that you were able to extend your vacation by going on a fun road trip. I like the photo of the kids enjoying themselves in the creek.

Hi Tani,
It's the start of fall, so it is going to get colder in the next few weeks...

Hi Marie,
Thanks! I'm just not sure if I have the time to do pro blogging once I started working again.

Hi Rach,
One more weekend to go, I need to plan something again... before I go back to work.

Hi Raquel,
Oh yes, ang bilis lang. Tinawagan ko lang yun HR, then she ask me to come over to sign some papers and ask me when I would like to start. Dami na din kasing ng resign, yun mga students na going back to school na. So they need a lot of people [again]!

Hi Auee,
Learning how to drive is a must! It will get you to a lot of places! And the freedom of following the road in front of you.
