To tell you the truth, I've attended only 2 weddings in Canada and this is the first bridal shower.
We threw a bridal shower for a friend who is getting married next month in Las Vegas. And I notice that nobody was taking pictures. There is one member of the family who is taking video of the whole event. It's a good thing I bought my Nikon with me...
I took over 150 pictures and to summarized the day, I plan to print these in 8x10 and frame it and give it as a gift... Her favorite color is green so this is perfect theme for her.
Here's what I've done --

The groom was there at the party... and he saw part of it...
She received about 10 lingerie...
And a mop and broom from her future MIL. [???]

The only contest we did was making bridal gown using paper towels and toilet papers. And the groom picked the winner.
These pictures [with credits] are also posted at my scrapbook blog.

we've been invited to numerous weddings here but we attended only a few due to sched conflict.

wait i forgot to mention about the gift she received from her soon-to-be MIL... what?! sorry to say, i find it insulting than funny.
I think you did a great job with those photos. It would surely be a wonderful and memorable gift.
Hi Junnie,
Buti na lang at ready ako palagi.
Hi Evi,
I think so too. And to think that she maintains a very clean house already. I wouldn't want to have her MIL as my MIL. Absolutely NO WAY!
Hi Rach,
