Having a new home means more responsibilities and more things that need to be considered before a decision is made. A friend of mine had trouble with her water heater and it needs replacing. And she is now considering purchasing a tankless water heater which would enable her to run 3 simultaneous showers at the same time with no fear of losing hot water.
