My First Photobook
As a souvenir for my MIL on her recent trip to the Orlando and Calgary, I decided to make her a photo book. I wanted to do a scrapbook for her but I just couldn't find the time to scrap.
So I ordered it through Black's Photography and here's some of the pages. It's an 8x8, 50 pages book with 5x7 picture size. I just love the outcome of the photo book. And I think this is a great idea to give to our love ones and friends.
Question on insurance
Right now, hubby and I only have a term life insurance. We got that as soon as we settled in Canada and can't afford to get a permanent life insurance.
Our term insurance is expiring soon and being a new home-owner makes me wonder if I need to get a Mortgage life insurance or should I just stick to my term life insurance quote that was sent to me?
So many different insurance is out there and I honestly don't know which is better. Any thoughts on this?
Weekend Snapshot #9: Panorama Mountain Village
My MIL is leaving on the 22nd and we decided to take her to Panorama Mountain Village in BC which is about 4 hours drive with stop overs. The place is really beautiful and situated on top of the Rocky Mountain.
This was the last day for winter activities... too bad we got there a little too late to try some skiing or snowboarding. My kids are a little disappointed even though I didn't promise them skiing or snowboarding. Oh well, we will have to do it next winter time... Spring is finally here!

Viva Las Vegas
I already know a lot of people I worked with at the airport who had recently been to Las Vegas for a vacation. There's quite a lot of good deals that can be grab on the internet. One couple paid $400 each for their plane ticket including accommodation through Las Vegas hotels listing for 5 days and 4 nights. That is really a good deal! It makes me want to go and show Las Vegas to my husband. He has never been there while my first visit was in 1993.
On hiatus!
I am so sorry for not visiting your blogs... I've been busy with my job at the airport, doing taxes for family and friends [a little sideline], working for another tax company when I am not scheduled at the airport and at the same time being a mom and maid at home! Waaaaahhhh!
26 more days to go till the end of tax season... and I'll be back to full time blogging in May... hope you will all still stick around.
