Last week, I had a meeting with a personal trainer at the gym that I recently join. She gave me a quick assessment as to where I am and what my goal is. And thanks to her, I realize that I should be pushing myself to work harder because my body can handle it.
One thing that really bothered me is that she said I may not be eating properly. My diet doesn't sound right, she said. She suggested that I should consider taking multivitamins. She said that I should consider the extra benefits I will get due to specialized ingredients added to the mix.
Unfortunately, for me to get her to coach me twice or three times a week costs a lot! I just couldn't afford it right now. So I told my work out buddy that we should motivate each other!
