Christmas is just around the corner. I had a couple of Christmas party invitations already. And knowing my friends, there will be tons of foods.
To date, I had already lost 16 pounds. And my target is to lose 15 more pounds and maintain it there. It's a slow process, but with my newly formulated work out habits and diet, I am slowly getting there. Hope this Holiday season will not ruin my diet and workout plans. I don't want to resort to browsing the weightlossdietpills.com site. ",)
